What we promise

What's genuinely on us, and what genuinely isn't — in plain English. The full statutory version is our Refunds & Cancellation policy.

On our side

• A full refund if we can't deliver.
• 14 days to change your mind on any order we haven't yet delivered.
• Delivery by hand — a real person trades the item to you in-game, usually within 24 hours of payment clearing.
• We never ask for your password, your two-factor code, or any other way into your account.
• Your card details never reach us — Stripe takes payment on its own page.

Outside our control

• Roblox's own servers, updates and enforcement decisions.
• Roblox's own trade rules, including any cooldown or hold it applies to a trade.
• Being caught online — we can only deliver once you're actually reachable in-game.
